As a new grandfather, I’m looking forward to becoming the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus, and Patron Of Presents for my grandson. Back in the day, a visit from the Tooth Fairy might mean a 50-cent piece or a silver dollar under your pillow. But with time (and inflation), the question becomes: what do you leave under the pillow today?
